Masorix LLC is the controller of the information described in this policy (“we,” “us,” “our”).

This Privacy Policy applies to our company website and to company communications. Each product has its own website and its own privacy policy, and that product policy controls what the product actually collects. Where a product policy and this policy differ, the product policy applies to that product.
Website privacy
This website is intentionally simple. It has no accounts, no contact form, no advertising, and no analytics or advertising cookies. If you contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, message content, attachments, and any technical details you choose to include.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Like most websites, hosting and security systems process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and basic log data in order to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie for bot protection. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.
Product and app data
Our products are built to keep data on the device. Our current products contain no analytics, no crash or error reporting, and no advertising, and do not use user accounts or cloud sync.
This policy does not describe collection by any particular product. Each product states, in its own privacy policy and in its app-store disclosures, exactly what it processes and which providers are involved. Read the policy for the product you use. A product does not collect a category simply because this policy mentions one.
If a future product or release does send data off the device, its own policy and app-store disclosures will say so before or when that release is made available.
Purchases
Our products may offer in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment platform. We do not receive your full payment card details from the Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive purchase status, transaction identifiers, country or region, and related metadata needed to provide access, support purchases, and prevent fraud.
Service providers
For this website and company email, we use Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security, and Google Workspace for company email. These providers process information on our instructions under their data processing terms.
Our products additionally involve the app stores that distribute them and process purchases. Each product policy names the providers that product actually uses. We do not list a provider here before it is in use, and we update the relevant policy before a new provider begins processing.
We do not show ads in our products. If that ever changes, the relevant privacy policy, app-store disclosures, and user choices will be updated before ads are made available.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries, support requests, and security reports;
- operate, maintain, debug, and secure our website and products;
- fix errors and improve product reliability;
- process purchase status where applicable;
- protect users, us, and our services from abuse or fraud;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
Legal bases
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases. Our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website, answering the messages you send us, fixing errors, and preventing fraud. Performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide a product or purchase you have bought. Your consent, where a product asks for it, which you can withdraw at any time. Compliance with a legal obligation, for tax, accounting, and platform requirements.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. We may share information with the service providers described above. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization, subject to appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
We are based at the registered address stated above. Our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries. Data protection laws differ from country to country.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the transfer mechanism available under the relevant provider agreement and applicable law. You can ask us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Email correspondence, including support and security reports, is ordinarily deleted within 24 months after the matter is closed. Website and security logs are retained or aggregated according to the services configured with Cloudflare. Product policies state the retention periods that apply to that product. We may retain particular records longer where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, a legal obligation, or a legal claim.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
To make a request, email contact@masorix.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We respond within the period required by applicable law. Where we genuinely cannot identify you from the information we hold, we will tell you so and explain what additional information would let us act on the request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website, app, or electronic communication method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. To report a vulnerability, see our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
Children
Our products are general-audience software and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Individual products may set a higher minimum age in their own terms. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, products, data practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
