Who we are
Masorix LLC is a software development company registered in the Republic of Armenia. This Privacy Policy applies to the Masorix company website and to Masorix products unless a product-specific privacy policy says otherwise.
Website privacy
This website is intentionally simple. It does not use a contact form, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. If you contact Masorix by email, we may receive your name, email address, message content, attachments, and any technical details you choose to include.
Like most websites, hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and basic log data in order to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse.
Product and app data
Masorix products may collect usage, diagnostics, crash, and performance data to understand how people use the apps, improve product quality, fix bugs, measure feature performance, and make product decisions. This may include app interactions, feature usage, device and operating system information, app version, approximate region, crash reports, performance events, and related diagnostic details.
Masorix products are not currently planned to use user accounts or cloud sync/storage. If that changes, the relevant product policy and app disclosures will be updated before or when the feature is made available.
Purchases and subscriptions
Masorix products may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment platform. Masorix does not receive your full payment card details from Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, country or region, and related metadata needed to provide access, support purchases, prevent fraud, and understand product performance.
Analytics, crash reporting, and service providers
Masorix may use third-party service providers for app analytics, crash reporting, error monitoring, hosting, email, security, and product operations. Examples may include services such as Sentry, Firebase, Apple, Google, or similar providers. These providers process information for the purposes described in this policy and according to their own terms and privacy commitments.
Masorix currently prefers not to show ads in its products. If ads are introduced in the future, the relevant privacy policy, app disclosures, and user choices will be updated before or when ads are made available.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to inquiries, support requests, and security reports;
- operate, maintain, debug, and improve our website and products;
- understand product usage and prioritize product development;
- process purchase or subscription status where applicable;
- protect users, Masorix, and our services from abuse or fraud;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
Sharing information
Masorix does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, apps, analytics, crash reporting, support, payments, and security. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
Retention and deletion
Masorix keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, analytics, debugging, security, legal compliance, and business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, product, legal requirements, and operational needs.
You may contact Masorix to request deletion of information associated with you. Because current products are not planned to use accounts, some app analytics or diagnostic data may not be directly linked to an identifiable user. Where we can reasonably identify and delete applicable information, we will do so unless we need to retain it for legitimate legal, security, or business reasons.
Security
Masorix uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No website, app, or electronic communication method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Masorix products are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Masorix, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
International users
Masorix is based in Armenia, and our service providers may process information in Armenia, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries. Data protection laws may differ from country to country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, products, data practices, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
